简要说明

一、本篇资料反映广东省建筑业发展的基本情况。主要内容包括全省和各市建筑业企业生产经营的情况，主要指标有企业个数、就业人员数、建筑业总产值、房屋建筑面积、房屋建筑施工新开工面积、利润总额、利税总额和建筑业劳动生产率等。

二、本篇资料由广东省统计局固定资产投资统计处整理提供。

三、本篇资料是根据国家统计局制定的《建筑业统计报表制度》整理汇总的。统计范围包括：广东境内具有法人资格的独立核算建筑业企业和辖区内建筑业法人所属的产业活动单位。

四、从2004年开始到2018年止，统计范围为具有建筑业资质的独立核算建筑业企业（包括具有总承包和专业承包资质和劳务分包资质的独立核算建筑业企业）。从2019年开始，统计范围为具有总承包和专业承包资质的独立核算建筑业企业。

Brief Introduction

Ⅰ. The data in this chapter show the development of the construction industry in Guangdong Province. They cover mainly the statistics of production and management of the enterprises of construction of the whole province and its cities, including the number of enterprises, the number of employed persons, gross output value of construction, floor space of buildings, value-added of construction, total profits and total pre-tax profits, construction enterprise labor productivity, etc.

Ⅱ. The data in this chapter are prepared and provided by the Division of Investment and Construction Statistics of Statistics Bureau of Guangdong Province.

Ⅲ. The data in this chapter are collected in accordance with the Reporting Scheme of Construction Statistics stipulated by the National Bureau of Statistics. The coverage of construction statistics includes construction enterprises with legal person qualifications and independent accounting system and industrial establishments affiliated with corporate construction enterprises under the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province.

Ⅳ. From 2004 to 2018, the scope of the construction statistics include all construction enterprises with construction qualifications and independent accounting system (including independent accounting construction enterprises with general contracting and professional contracting qualification and labor subcontracting qualification). Starting from 2019, the statistical scope is independent accounting construction enterprises with general contracting and professional contracting qualifications.
